FR, yes Speyside is a quick race. Not that many hills and all runable (for the likes of Mike) i ruan walk most of them. The terain is all runable, no tricky parts really.
TripletDad Apr 2014 2:45pm, 29 Apr 2014 2,388 posts	TripletDad I came into the Inversnaid CP and SB wouldn't even let me stop, she just gave me my drop bag and told me to clear off It was good advice though as I ran as much of the technical bit after Inversnaid as I could and I still only made Beinglas with minutes to spare before the cut-off.

Sorry to have missed you, hope to see you soon. Scramble by lochside was brutal (for me) found it so hard.
