If anyone calls me a gate byatch I'll be after them - if I can catch them first :-)

FR - cheers. one race at a time is where I'm at. I'm on such a condensed training programme after months out injured, unfit and fat that there's no guarantee I'll finish the D33. If I don't manage this then I won't race the Fling - oh the pressure! Small signs of recovery from last weekend's Borders marathon, although I did finish last in 4:37!

In any case, Fling will not be flat out anyway - mindful of the "other race" in June. Same principle as above, I need to finish the Fling to start the WHWR. How about 13 hrs as a stab?

How about you? Sub 10?

That is indeed the plan, makes no odds about speed tbh. I've been ok in morning and sore by time get home from work so just walking irritates it too, that's 9 hrs n feet though

Glad you will be there. Would be lovely to run with you. I am wanting to go sloooowwwwly and am happy to cut it a bit short if necessary too, just to let you know. If I only did 15 or 20, I could do a longer one back home in Pentland on the Sunday, so happy to be flexible on the Saturday, if that suits. Just happy to be joining you all. x :-)G

No time goal, I want to enjoy the experience to the full :) The previous two finishes have been fabulous and don't want to ruin it with getting obsessive over time. And if I get a place in WHW in 2015 I'd like to get some idea of how I feel with another tough 40+ miles to go.
