Errr, the only thing I'm experienced enough in the world of ultras to know is... there's no such thing as easy! :-O Oh and irrespective of what you think you can do, a good dose of mud, rain, rock, cold, trail, hills, mud, bog, roots, mud and mud can chew you up and spit you out. 12 would be brilliant, thank you. And not crying. That would be good too please. :-)G
