I was advised to have my bp measured by an eye specialist who found I have a cotton wool mark on a retina. I did and it is 198/101 which seemed to alarm the GP. She has put me on 5 mg Amlodipine. I am booked for the 24 monitor in a couple of weeks. Any thoughts or advice? |

In the short term, try to relax and cut down on the salt. They will get the dose sorted over time. |

You might want to be cautious with intensity, nothing wrong with volume. |
