Sadly it looks like 5 day per week commuting on the carbon fibre steed is over as it is agrvevating my bad back, so I am going to have to start running more again. The problem is unless I am My general fitness is OK and I can run 7 miles without too much bother. All previous races are in my profile. Would really appreciate some help. Thank you. |

Get a 65% WAVA. You know you can do it! Also, based on your 10k time, I reckon there's a chunk to be shaved off your 5k time. Whatever you chose to target, enjoy it. |
