Are there are any doctors or skin specialists out there? I have noticed I have developed red spots all over my legs in the last day or two. They are tiny, red, flat to the skin and do not itch, they just look a mess. They seem to have appeared on the area that got very, very badly sunburnt back at the beginning of June. I am very pale skinned, and already have freckles and some tiny red dots on my arms, but this rash is now all over both legs and has appeared within a day or two. Anyone got any ideas what it is? If not, anyone got a pen for a game of dot to dot? I am now going to try and figure out how to put a photo in here, bear with me...

Ah DQ thanks for asking! It is just as bad, if anything more noticeable, so I asked the pharmacist when I was in there. He thinks it may be the capillaries under the skin have bled but wasn't sure, said he hadn't seen anything like it before (both legs are covered) and he said I ought to get it checked by GP. I might do a watch / wait and see approach for a week, see if it looks like it's going to fade. It's probably nothing but was a bit of a shock when I saw how bad it looked last night!

Could do, I hate to waste their time so I might see how it goes and maybe it will fade a little over the week. Thanks DQ x

How about I could ask my bil tomorrow when he comes to lunch, he is a doctor (OK, he is a neonatolgist not a dermatologist) and see if he thinks I should call GP.

They are Petechiae, blood spots. Severe sunbrun can cause this so that is most likely to be the cause in your case.
