The plane and many trees will be amongst many casualties of the storm, sad to say :(

Giving the team a 'head start' will hopefully have you reconnected sooner.

To be fair in the past the teams from WP have been very good and have often gone above and beyond their remit (they once cut up a tree that had fallen on the cables into woodburner sized pieces). It's the people on the help line that can be Jobsworthy.

It's just a tad lively here in deepest darkest Cornwall ... and the show's not even properly started yet. Power cuts in my postcode but not at Muttley Mansions .... yet.

I'll postpone my run along the coastal path by the cliffs for today.
