It's just a tad lively here in deepest darkest Cornwall ... and the show's not even properly started yet. Power cuts in my postcode but not at Muttley Mansions .... yet.

I'll postpone my run along the coastal path by the cliffs for today.

Stay safe!

Bit breezy here in Devon, sunny too.

Seagulls that nest on a neighbouring roof every summer have arrived here today, which is what they do when there's a storm about.

Rest day for me today

Sunshine and a light breeze in North Yorkshire.

Snow on the Dales to the west and moor to the East.

Sunshine and a bit breezy in North Lincolnshire. We should be getting it worse later in the day.

The lull before the storm: blue skies, some white cloud, and sunshine in Crosby.

I hope every Fetchie & those close to them stay safe, dry and secure.

Here's an interactive weather map operated from the Czech Republic: the picture becomes clearer with use of animation and graded shading.

Quite blustery here.

Garden stuff has been put away and some potted plants put in sheltered locations. I was working from home anyway and my work colleagues have also chosen to do the same irrespective of our bosses not making that decision.

Queensbury report - Sun's out, sounds mildly windy.
It's the Sun that concerns me though - i've not seen it in 4 months. Is this some sort of omen?

Also, we have a partial power cut, which is annoying - 2nd day of 3 (from 2 different storms) - climate change is a real thing, huh?
