Fragile Do Not Bend
It’s the first time in years that I’ve run with a heart rate monitor (got a new watch with a wrist sensor), so I can’t remember anything about what zones I should be aiming to be in for different types of training and how to work out my zones. Has anyone got a link to a good beginners guide to heart rate zones training? |
