Advice please.

I have started to get heal pain on my right foot after running. It is worse the morning after making me limp a little, it is enough to make me say ouch when I first step onto it. The pain goes away/ gets less as the day goes on.

The pain is not enough to stop me running. What is it? And how do I get rid of it?
