I don’t do consecutive days but 3-4 times a week 15 mins a time. I prefer Andy voice to the woman she’s annoying 😂. He was on Peston the other night. Glenn introduced me to it 3 years ago when we used to meet for our chats in Kings X Station. |

Those were the days, when you could actually meet someone for a chat and a drink.

I'm still a daily user - a pack in the morning and the daily meditation in the evening. Sometimes a sleep session at night.

I’m a daily user too. The sleep stuff has been invaluable at times! I was introduced to it via a blog by Making Tracks years ago... |

It’s been a while, folks. I’m back on it again and trying the Sport Motivation course. First time I’ve done one where it’s “reflection” and I’m finding it a bit weird. Each session has the standard intro then it asks you to ask yourself a question and listen for answers. I’m not entirely clear how I use the answers that arise from it and while I’m finding that t interesting and useful to be back in a bit of a routine with it, I’m unclear how this is going to help my sporting motivation. Early days though and I’m sure it will become more clear. |
