Hayfever

Sleepless night last night cause of it. Does your training suffer due to feeling lethargic due to hayfever? Does running outdoors make your hayfever worse?

Never thought of myself as a sufferer previously though sometimes a bit sniffly and sneezy. Fortunately the first set of pills I tried (also the cheapest in Boots) seem to have worked a treat and it's not bothered me at all overnight. The heat has though!
