Is anyone familiar with this deepest darkest part of Wales? I am going to have a few hours to kill here on Monday and was wondering if it was worth taking my running gear? I see there is a river through it - is there a path alongside? If anyone knows anything at all about it, I would love to hear. |

There are quite a few routes from "Laurence" if you search for the town here: http://www.fetcheveryone.com/routes-public.php |

And if you look at it using the Open Street Map on here: http://www.fetcheveryone.com/routes-add.php there's a path that goes close to the river called "Fortune's Frolic" ![]() |
