Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I'm pondering the possibility. Is there a lot of difficult navigation? I'm pretty crap at following maps unless I'm on a road.

Otherwise, if I can afford it and convince my other half then I could be up for it.

Think there's a wee extension to the route according to Jon's post on the website Ogee hence the 114 miles.

The route is the cleveland way and way marked almost all the way . The extension is around sutton bank white horse to provide a easy check point but this is marked on the day and easy to follow . There are a few places you can go wrong particularly near the end . There is also now an official marked diversion again near the end as the cliffs have eroded away . i will do my best to fully explain all the few bits that can throw you over the next month or so . Be nice to meet you bruno :-). Ps . Someone google foot print cleveland way map and put a link . Of course OS maps are best but this cheap (should be about 4 quid ) is 95% correct and what i use .
