Yes. I did a relatively easy 110 as training for my first Lakeland 100. I worked well to 100 mile ad then deathmarched the last 13 (lost it mentally once I'd hit 100) and did it in 32:something (plus an hour waiting for the tide). If you are still moving well and looking like you'll finish the cut-off tends to be applied with common sense. Just get plenty of steps training in! |

Thanks flanker. I'd heard there were lots of steps! I did read on the website that they are intending to be more strict with the cut offs in 2017.

Hello, anyone else dot watching Hardmoors 160? My club mate Chris Cowley is currently in 3rd place. Early days I know! He finished 3rd in the 110 last year.

They did a 200 mile race last year when I did the 110! That's why if you look in my photos I'm doing the fun run!
