Sometimes you forget you're taking things for granted. I had no idea that the LFOTM 5k was now 20 years old.

Well done to all the people that have worked so hard over so many years to make this a London running institution.

I'm new to the race (today was my 3rd), but already into the routine of getting back to my desk and filling in the form for next month :-)

Happy Birthday LFOTM.

I used to take part when I worked in London from 1997 - 1999, nothing as complicated as preregistration in those days, just turn up at the cafe 10 minutes before the off and pay your £1!!

I had a colleague who arranged his London office visit to coincide, to take part!!

Run there and back made a great 7m run

Many congrats to all those involved in asking the event an institution!!

I love the fact it's become part of the fabric of people life's.

In the days before Parkrun this wonderful event opened up time tirials to so many more people.
