Well done all Halstead marathon runners. Great organisation and support. First time I have done this one.
Sorry to see someone got taken off in a helicopter near the end. Hope they're ok?

fartlek - most definitely harder than Brighton. Think I will stick fingers in my ears next year if anyone mentions doing this race lol.

Well done to everyone; those undulations really took it out of my legs, I was just about on schedule for a sub-4 until 22 miles but just had to take it very easy for the last 4. It was still a big PB so I can't be too disappointed. Managed to find a place serving very good real ale post-race to listen to QPR avoid relegation by the skin of their teeth so all in all a good day!
