franceeeee and i are looking for a new challenge and are pondering lining up a half ironman as a target. we want one where we can participate together, not be seperated by wave starts etc. any views on which one might be appropriate?

Most races will split you up by AG. However, some smaller races might not. Very few of the IM branded events split up by AG. You could complete the swim then wait in transition for the other. You won't be able to ride together though as you'd be drafting. |

So say IM70.3 on exmoor wouldnt split us? More questions, how do they determine wave starts, predicted times? How far apart do the waves go? Thanks! |

Last year Wave 1 was for Pro athletes and individuals 28-39. Wave 2 for over 40s.
