I'm woefully underprepared. I have only managed 84 miles this month :-(

Rain, well, that's not snow. It is usually however quite a bracing run this time of year. Weather is of course irrelevant though so no problem. :-)

Stella, I haven't a clue until I start running to be honest having raced hard last weekend and just a couple of days ago too. I'm on a mission though so I think I'll beat last year's 3:25 - I bliddy hope so anyway! :-)
