Now then riggys, how are you? I'm not doing it this year (it's the only 10k I *do* run) because I promised something to my kids quite a while ago. Have a good one, though, it'll be an interesting format. |

Will be interesting I wasn’t sure what start time to put as it didn’t appear to be based on expected race pace etc

DeeGee You may already know this but the humber coastal half marathon in September has been cancelled this year but in its place they are doing a 10k race (I have put it on the events calendar) |
