I'm not 100% sure I'm doing it yet, just depends if the legs recover quickly enough from Sundays disaster.

Do you think you can improve upon your Manchester time in MK?

I'd like to. This was my first mara, so the way I see it anything is a bonus. I'd like to think I had it in me to get better and I have joinrd my local running club. In actual fact I was talking to one of the sub 2:45 guys and they said it is about taking on some 5ks and getting faster and they applying some of that to maras. Realistically I think we should both be good for MK, as long as we use Manchester as our 'big run' and now taper again :)

DNat - Superb time if you've just been training on your own, you might catch me in MK! Also well done joining a running club, best thing I did. I certainly wouldn't be running the times I am now if I didn't have the friendly competition from my club.

Sorry for the dumb question but was the start line under that huge asics poster over the junction at the start or earlier than that? In the excitement I started my garmin late and was wondering about the exact map it plotted.
