Dulwich is fast. Quite possibly quicker than Bromley!

Wine Legs I will let you know when I intend to revisit the Scrubs.......... er........... not that I have been inside it.......... I worked in Hammersmith Hospital so had to walk past it every day :-)

Nice one Loca. I just watched Hilly Fields from the kids' playground again. My wife is enjoying it too much for me to have a go.

Well done Loca fab time!!! You must be feeling pretty fit right now!

Seasons best for me at Bedfont this morning of 22:02, started off slowly and have a sore throat so plenty more to come when I take a trip to Dulwich in the not too distant future.

oh 22:04 by parkrun time...still an SB just! Should be capable of much faster times, but have cabbage patch coming up so am not going to get a chance to race 5k for 4 weeks or so. It will have to wait!

Well done on the SB Curly. I thought Bedfont wasn't an easy course to do a fast time on, too twisty. You should have come to Dulwich!! ;-)
