Thanks Martin - I had assumed it would be flat from the location but good to have confirmation. |

Fulham Palace is extremely flat, 3 laps all on tarmac and has a nice café. Mile End is not exactly flat, it has a few tiny hills. It is an out and back (twice) and has a nice coffee van. Both have nice views of a river or canal. |

Fab, thanks Kirsty! At the moment Mr J is not confident with even small hills, so Fulham Palace looking the better option at the moment, although it's a few weeks away so he'll have built up more stamina and confidence by then so we'll see. Yes, the proximity of river/canal was a factor in considering those two ![]() |

Wasn't the Fulham Palace course revealed to be short a few weeks ago? |

No, it was revealed to be short a long, long time ago - It was accepted to be short a few weeks ago. I heard it has been adjusted but not by enough! ![]() |

I've done Fulham Palace a few times and it has always measured about 4.85km |
