Think he is hoping for 9.30min/mile pace, but has no idea really, looking at his strava he should be nearer 9min/mile pace. He is accountant enough said

Hi All. Good news for me I'm back in after being sure I'd have to pull out this year :-) It's going to be a slow one but I'll get round somehow.

A lay in for me too photoset as my Mum lives opposite The Pyramids. A case of falling out of bed onto the start line. I watched them set up last year from my Mum's living room window (good view as she lives on the top floor). Flying down on Thursday.

What time is the pre-race meet up?

Hi Photoset,

I'm aiming for a 9 min/mile pace or maybe a little quicker. As using the race as prep for the Gosport half 3 three weeks later

The finish line was in place when I did parkrun this morning. Lay in for me too as I'm coming from about half a mile away:)

I'm in the orange wave but I did the Amsterdam marathon last week and had a pretty rough parkrun this morning so finishing in under 1.30 would be okay for me.

Well we will never get conditions like that there again. 10 mile races don't come easier than that!!! Pan flat, no wind, good atmosphere, bloody brilliant.

I don't really run enough to race 10 miles but my cyclist body held out for 1.11.03 and a 27 second PB. Delighted and absolutely loved it.

Gymfreak how did Jock Itch get on!

As for me finished in 1:29:27 so broke the 90 min mark even though struggled towards the end!

Good day out and good to meet up with Fleecy, BintMcSkint, LazyDaisy and PompeyPaul!
