jacs205 Sep 2012 10:38am, 1 Sep 2012 443 posts	0 jacs205 looks like it is due to be warm but not scorching tomorrow, nice weather for a run:) My 'carb loading' night out with friends last night went a bit awry when I took in a great deal of carbs in the form of red wine at the restaurant, think it may have cancelled out the benefit of the large plate of pasta.

Looking forward to it and hopeing to get a new PB and ever closer to going under 60min

This wee one will be on the train from Barrhead wearing obligatory bin liner if the weather stays as it is! Will look out for fetchies. I don't have a top but I'm wee, blonde and noisy so you won't miss me 😃
