I loved the first three or four miles, then lost my sense of humour a bit in the heat and crowds. Should have relaxed and enjoyed it more. Still, what about them red arrows, eh?

The first few miles were thebest for me, 2nd best 10k time. The last 2 were probably the most scenic. The electronic sign telling us "it's the sea" made me laugh.
