Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Me on the telly - will have to check the Sky+ :)

Well done on the PBs people. I was happy enough with my 1:43:50 a bit outside PB but better than I thought given my lack of longer runs in training

Coming down the hill towards the seafront, just before they interview Ben Fogle, which is just after they show Ben Fogle finishing.

I was close to spiderman. Pretty sure I kicked his spider ass, though.

Just checked the stats at Great Run etc - I was 3,361th overall which should put me in the top 10% I hope. Also realised that while short of my PB but a good way this was more than five minutes faster than last year :)

Finally home after the journey from hell! Had a great day though and my first half marathon was 1 hr 48min so I'm really pleased. Fantastic support from the crowds and Dame Tanni Grey Thompson shouted 'come on Nic' to me so I was quit chuffed with that and big thanks to those lovely ice pop providers!
