My schedule is try to go to bed soon, get up at silly o`clock, drive the 110 miles to Morpeth for 0740 coach transfer to the start. Did it last year...with the later date the roads were actually icy on the way down. Shouldn`t be tomorrow...not that chilly a night

Been slurping loads of water to re-hydrate but been looking after my 3 year old godson all afternoon so I'm whacked now good luck to all running who I may not see pre race
