I've felt like my right arm had been cut off. As for the run itself, well a distinct lack of consistant training, due to one reason after another. will no doubt show on Sunday, along with a rather poorly left calf - but I'm determined to give it my best shot and more importantly to enjoy it. Hopefully see some/all of you pre race if not I hope you all have a darn good time and I wont expect you to still be hanging around when I cross the line
