We've just done a 10k as our last longer run, gonna do a couple of 20 min pods round the block (Tue and Thurs) before heading up to the Toon on Friday. Wer're in Pen J (pink) in Heart Runners tops (if the bu88ers ever send me one ) . Have fun everyone and stay out of trouble this week.

Meglet Sep 2009 4:58pm, 13 Sep 2009 1,760 posts	Quote Pin Meglet 10k for me too today. I have discovered I can hold 11mm for 6 miles but 13 is unlikely. Must try hard to set off slower next week, I really found it hard to rein back at the beginning today.
