I got a good for age time in april 2013 which I used to run in this years london marathon. Can I use this race time again to apply for 2015 sd it said race times from jan 2013. Bit of a silly question maybe but not sure if you can only use a race result once. Thanks!

I thought yo could ony use once but others tell me you can use for the two years. I entered the ballot just in case cos my gfa times x2 are just on the line really and I didn't want them rejecting me cos they have too many.

Question 2: If you're moving up an age group between your qualifying run and the next VLM, does the older age group limit apply? I think it does, but I thought I'd ask. |

Valid for 2 years (London 15 GFA has to be run after 1 Jan 13). It is your age in the date if the race that counts for London. |
