Couldn't see a thread on golf anywhere...so thought I'd start one! Anybody excited about the Masters, who's your favourite? I'm going out there and saying Jordan won't win, and I'm not convinced Rory will either, Jason Day or Adam Scott maybe. |

What I enjoy about the major golf tournaments is that, in essence, anyone can win. When the difference between winning and losing might be taking 260 shots vs taking 261 shots over 4 days, and when over those 4 days the action of hitting the ball probably amounts to no more than 15 minutes of actual activity, tiny differences / luck / runs of form can make all the difference.

I've been in a club championship and my head almost exploded from the pressure of trying to do well in that. God knows how they cope in this one.

I dont think any of the "big three will win it, i dont think the favourite does very often So Adam Scott, Justin Rose perhaps, obv i have the benefit watching a bit last night and seeing the leaderboard I'm playing on Sunday morning for only the second time this year, im a bit rusty... |

Poor Ernie, its just getting worse for him, I have never seen that though, just utter mental disintegration. JS must have seen my note and spurred him on a bit! |

...and they're off i wish i was at home laying on the sofa watching, but i'm not. I could watch all day, although they try to make it exciting, which doesnt work for me, they need to make it more like test cricket, wonderful experience
