The site seems to be estimating 7:37 for Gobi, but that has come down from an 8:03 estimate.<br><br>Come on guys you can do it.<br><br>Are there any of those Pringles left (and pass me the gin while Hipps isn't looking)

Slow Going
he needs 8 min mile pace for the last 18 miles- should be nicely warmed up now at least (and he's nearly reached the highest point on the course)
