Gilets - Yes or No?

Yes - got one (bright yellow). I only tend to wear under specific conditions - when raining and it is a bit nippy. I do have a long sleeved rain jacket for running but this tends to be if it's wet and really cold. I also have a black, woolly gilet but that is just for the garden.

I have a Concurve Windstopper gilet. I quite like it over a Helly in say spring and autumn. However, sometimes I wonder why I bother because I can end up with warm body, cold arms syndrome :-(
