It's the Bristol/Somerset bit isn't it that's the problem, as there is no historic entity ever, that lumped that bit in with the stuff further up? Your current area's West Mercia (and/or indeed Hwicce), but you're taking on a chunk of Wessex. It'll have to be South West Midlands and Somerset, then ![]() |

I've never heard of Hwicce... but yes to west Mercia, although I am not sure that normally covers Glos does it?
