Garmin305 Heart ratemonitor- batteries changed still no life ?

wrexhamrob Jan 2012 5:20pm, 29 Jan 2012 854 posts	wrexhamrob Hello fetchie Garmin experts - my 2 yr old garmin - works great BUT last week Heart rate did nor register, and i changed the HR monitor battery BUT still no HR being registered. Do i have to buy another HR strap? they look 30-40£ on amazon am about to order new shoes via amazon so s'pose i should get on with it any advice welcome thanks ROB
