GlennR Sep 2018 11:54am, 16 Sep 2018 37,876 posts	0 GlennR Some of the cheaper Fenix models have, or had, less functionality than the 935, but you’d have to check DC Rainmaker for the current situation. The Fenix looks more like a watch, if that matters to you, but the 935 is lighter. IMO it does everything a triathlete could possibly want given the current state of the technology. The Fenix has some hiking stuff if that’s ones bag.

fraggle Sep 2018 2:15pm, 16 Sep 2018 1,721 posts	0 fraggle I have the Fenix 5 - don't be tempted by the 5S which is smaller (aimed at the more delicate ladies wrist bah! ) which has a shorter battery life. the 5's battery is supposed to be 20 hours in race mode (i.e. using all the gps etc) as opposed to the 5 which is 12-14 ?? it certainly it wouldn't last me for a whole IM I love mine, and I like the fact that you can change the watch face and load widgets onto it - and I still think I underutilise its functionality through :-D
