I've had one of these for a year, and generally very happy with it. I gather it's not the top of the range, but not the most basic model either. What's frustrating me is that I've come across several comments on different threads which talk about setting your Garmin to beep if you go outside your target HR, or pace range - but I can't seem to see any way of doing that.

Is it not a feature available on the 410 - or can I just not read? I can read - obviously....

Thanks, Johnny.... so if I set up a heart rate workout and say I want to stay in zone 4 for 2 minutes (or whatever).... it will beep if I go outside it?

Apparently doesn't work yet for the 410, will do shortly according to the website.

- by distance
- then enter whatever the distance is that you want.
