I had to uninstal the Ant+ agent manually today to get Exptress to work. :-(

Grr why have they suddenly changed it and made our lives difficult!? I'm yet to tackle the uninstall/Express process, I know it is going to annoy me!

I don't think it's really Garmin's fault.

The ANT software was a "plug-in" and all the browsers ( Chrome, IE, etc ) are no longer supporting any plug-ins going forward, so any company that had a plug-in have had to release new software to do a similar job.
I think Garmin could have communicated this in some way rather than just switching off the functionality though !!!

Disclaimer : that is my very limited technical understanding, and may be total rubbish ;-)

Ant Agent was removed during the installation of Express, I didn't have to do anythng.

Sorry, just seen this. Found the garmin training centre and something else called garmin usb drivers in control panel/applications and removed them. Then restarted before trying to run express again.

With garmin Express, do I need to run the programme every time, or should it work in the background like ANT+ agent did?
