I looked at both and went for... the Vivoactive. WTF is one of those I hear you say. Well, go google it!  Same features as 230, mostly but 40 quid cheaper and looks more like a normal everyday watch. I love it. And the transfer by Bluetooth to Garmin Connect on phone and then almost instantly via 4G or Wifi from phone to interwebs is brill! So much better than my old 310xt. Good luck. G
