Garmin 310 xt

RuthB2 Sep 2016 3:30pm, 6 Sep 2016 11,930 posts	0 RuthB2 I've got a garmin xt, but have only used the watch for ages now, and not uploaded to a PC. It's been so long I can't remember how it works. Do I need an ANT stick and is that how I upload data to Garmin Connect?
