Loon Dod May 2009 1:22pm, 23 May 2009 1,889 posts	Loon Dod I have not down loaded info for 2 weeks as been away, when I use sports tracks it only shows me the last 7 days, I did a 55 miler 8 days ago and really want to see the info how do I get sports tracks to find the info. cheers guys

For Internet Explorer Users ================= Do you see a little yellow triangle in the status bar at the bottom left of your browser? If so, double click it, and let me know what it says. For Firefox Users =========== When it freezes up, go to Tools > Error Console, and look for an errors reported. It's easier for me if you can paste these into a "Feedback" form (link top right of every page) - so I don't lose track, and so I can capture a bit more diagnostic info when you submit the form. May 2009 2:54pm, 23 May 2009 14 posts	I had exactly the same problem when i updated the communicator plugin. I think that was to try using sportstracks or something. Anyway I went back and downloaded the previous 2.6 version rather than the 2.7 I had downloaded and it worked. regards Crabs
