Not so much a tip ...
I've just take my kit out of the washing machine after washing it. I'd put the HR strap (elastic AND sensor) in with it. Probably not recommended, but I'll keep you posted.
Luckily, we haven't got a tumble dryer ;-)

Surprisingly, it still works OK.

I still wouldn't recommend it, but it is nice and clean now ;-)

Ripcurl, I have only had my 305 for a short time and im no expert but I think this is down to the time zone that you use. it should automatically configure to the time as long as you enter the UK as Western Euroupe on the set up.
Hope this helps

I think that maybe a problem with Fetch. It did that with my run on Sunday. I think the only way would be adjust it once uploaded into here.

Has anyone had a problem with 'interference' on the HRM bit? It didn't work properly on mine yesterday. I changed the battery earlier this year so it shouldn't be that. It gave me 63% for a hilly 20 miler yesterday which is of course impossible, as I get that just walking down the street. It was giving reasonable bpm when I was waiting around at the start so I think it was making contact and picking up OK then but during the event it just skipped about all over the show. So I wondered if the combination of a plasticy paper number and a technical (nylon or whatever) top and the safety pins was just too much for it. Any ideas?
