Greg - somewhere under, I think, settings - general you can set the backlight duration time for a press, and one of the options is to keep it on until it is pressed again.

Gramin questionplease experts . A few months ago i had my pc wiped and reset The computer guru saved all files in my docs & photos/music. Garmin records were lost. Luckily i could load the records from my Garmin 201 (i'd given to brother in law) and my current garmin 305.

Could anyone advise which files i should back up & how to reload - to external hard drive etc

i'd be very grateful thanks.Rob

Ripcurl - use the lowest one you see. Also, if your 58-65 were taken just sitting about during the day, then check before you get out of bed in the morning too. You're after the true lowest figure you can find.

WrexhamRob - sorry can't help. Hope someone cleverer than me is along to help soon.

I did my resting hr test this morning and got quite elevated figures. That was because i needed to pee. Too much info perhaps but it does make a bit of a difference

Thanks paul, I did it in bed this morning thought maybe it was the hr strap playing up as haven't used it before I did spit on the sensors so all is well. Thanks again.

WrexhamRob - In Training Center, go to File -> Export -> All, and then back up the .tcx file that this creates. If you ever need to restore then go to File -> Import -> All and load that .tcx file.
I haven't tried this myself yet, but it should work...

wrexham bob, use Sportracks instead of TC (it's far more powerful) and it puts it all in one file which you can backup
