I have had my Garmin yet have only just installed the training centre! I can see my mile splits from todays run - but is there a way that I can copy and paste them?? |

HELP - Intervals I have set up before but for only one set, if I am looking to do 3 sets what is the best way to do this? eg 3 x 4 x 1000 so do I set the reps for 12 or what? I have the garmin set for 0.62 miles (1000m), rest 1.30 and 4 reps. Thanks

Paulie - has your reset switched the Auto-Lap off? I'm without Garmin right now, but off the top of my head, it's behind *Training*, the *Training Options* I think?
