BS Jan 2009 9:50pm, 12 Jan 2009 1,165 posts	BS HELP - Intervals I have set up before but for only one set, if I am looking to do 3 sets what is the best way to do this? eg 3 x 4 x 1000 so do I set the reps for 12 or what? I have the garmin set for 0.62 miles (1000m), rest 1.30 and 4 reps. Thanks
Rick OShay Jan 2009 10:00pm, 12 Jan 2009 221 posts	Rick OShay BS You are best setting these up in Garmin TC, then downloading it to the Garmin. Are you ok using the TC (it's fairly straightforward)? Don't forget to set up the rest interval inbetween! I made that mistake once and nearly threw up because the interval was twice as long! Ta
Jan 2009 10:39pm, 12 Jan 2009 63 posts	Lost all the sound alerts recently and spoke to Garmin service who told me to reset, anyway this failed to cure the problem but now I cannot record lap splits. Is it something I have disabled? my runs are just showing as 1 lap, help please
