As well as the update, I had changed the primary target from next event to my real target - Lakeland 50 I think that because Garmin can’t deal with a target pace of anything over 15 minute miles it wasn’t creating a suggestion. Changing back to June’s 50k has put it back again. The predicted times for the two 50 ish K events are silly quick, but it was suggesting course record pace for the 50 miler. Garmin doesn’t deal with ultra training/planning well at all.
Ness Apr 2023 11:03am, 22 Apr 2023 30,683 posts	Ness Ah! I was just popping in here to see if you could get any advice, Rosehip. Seeing as I was no help on the other Garmin thread. Sounds like the algorithm doesn't work for ultras.

I didn’t wear the hr strap today, so that’s all from the watch. No idea how accurate it is and it’ll all be skewed by run-walk, but it’s more prety coloured graphs to look at!
