I also have a log of failed attempts, going back to 12.39am this morning. I should be able to pump that list back through our importer. More news soon.

As to where your file went - I'm a bit stuck on that. You can try the manual export of your FIT file: fetcheveryone.com/feedback-faq-garmin.php - and let me know if you experience trouble on your next run?
