Wasn't a pre-loaded workout. Quite impressed that the app has identified it and tagged the laps as warm-up, run/recover and cool down. Has it been doing this for ages and I haven't noticed?

Eawoman45 Feb 2023 5:04pm, 14 Feb 2023 263 posts	Eawoman45 Hi folks, is there a way to re-calibrate treadmill pace? My 245 thinks I’m running 6.5min miles. I know they’re not accurate on treadmill but I was running 11 min miles (easy pace) so not even close!

The last couple of days I have had sync delays, had tried turning watch off, bluetooth on off and phone Today's session is now in Garmin connect and the orange site but not on here which is the important place!
