In fairness I do say this is where I’m going and be back about but as a solo female runner inclined to go off piste it’s a bit of a confidence that should something happen I have back up.
K5 Gus Aug 2022 3:54pm, 9 Aug 2022 5,288 posts	K5 Gus Have you checked your CPE file is current and not expired - there were some problems with some models ( don't think it was F7, but can't remember ) Go to modify ( ie hold Up button ) then System, About, then scroll down quite a few pages - should show CPE : Current

So it’s there already, works fine I guess, but I think leaving it on all bands and satellites give you an better idea instant pace. I liked the grade adjusted pace, and automatic rest timer. Also better torch and better battery. Not that I need it.. But I want it

Turning the watch off and on again seems to help. The F6 is supposed to notify you if power cycling is likely to help, but mine never has (recent alpha brought that in and I'm all up to date with alpha/beta releases).

Daily RHR is calculated using the lowest 30 minute average in a 24 hour period." I've been wondering about the daily RHR shown in Garmin Connect (and on my watch). It's generally a few beats higher than I expect, with the odd freak low reading. Checking my last few days, the figure shown does not correspond to figures I can see on the hr graph. Has anyone else noticed this? (Also, what I would take as my proper rhr, checked manually the last couple of days, really is several beats lower than Garmin gives.)
