Badger Aug 2022 10:43am, 4 Aug 2022 15,465 posts	Badger HRV stress is a specific activity - if it isn't in the list you see when you push Start, add it in, then just run it and follow the instructions. I haven't used the current incarnation but I have a vague memory that it does need a chest strap. For anyone wondering, it's not the same as the HRV status automatically acquired overnight that we were talking about over the last few pages.
Badger Aug 2022 10:45am, 4 Aug 2022 15,466 posts	Badger Sorry, I wrote that after your first post, and hadn't seen the second post. I think it's only the overnight one that uses the OHR, yes. What firmware do you have on the watch? Are you running alphas or the last production release?

Rosehip Aug 2022 3:50pm, 4 Aug 2022 25,957 posts	Rosehip Ah, that makes sense, when the new bit in the app arrived I assumed the measuring had too. I’m in the beta tests, but can’t get on with the forum, takes forever to load pages and so gave up trying to get alpha updates.
